- Join a waitlist for early access;
- Request additional information or schedule a call;
- Download free resources, including an Orientation Protocol; and

Use of the Site does not create any customer, consulting, partnership, employment, agency, or other formal business relationship between you and Red Beard Consulting LLC unless separately established in a fully executed written agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. No Guarantee of Access or Product Availability
Acorn is an emerging or pre-commercial product. All descriptions of Acorn, including features, functionality, performance, integrations, and availability, are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute representations, warranties, or commitments of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

By submitting information through the Site, you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate and complete;
- We may use it to contact you about Acorn, updates, or your inquiry;
- Joining the waitlist creates no contract or purchase obligation;
- We may limit or remove waitlist participation at our discretion; and
- You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information through any Site form.
5. Downloadable Materials
The Site may offer downloadable materials including an Orientation Protocol, guides, frameworks, or other resources ("Materials").

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in a court or forum of competent jurisdiction. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Beard Consulting LLC regarding the Site.
These Terms are a working draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
